Q: How much is your shipping? Do you charge per order or per item?
Shipping costs vary depending on where you are located. For Australian orders, postage is free for orders over $30 or $6.95 for orders under $30. It is charged per order, not per item.
Q: Can I return my item if I change my mind or if it's not quite right?
No, unfortunately I cannot offer refunds or returns due to change of mind. This is due to the hygienic nature of many of my products. Once they have been tried on in a person's piercing hole, they are no longer hygienic to resell to another person.
If your product arrived faulty a refund will be issued as long as you got in touch on the day of delivery.

Q: What type of metal and clay do you use? Do you use any other materials?
I use stainless steel for all of my findings and parts. I use Sculpey brand polymer clay for most of my items. I use natural air dry clay for my trinket boxes and coasters. I also use both UV and epoxy resins for certain products. All of my materials are sourced from Australian suppliers.
